Neither satisfied nor dissatisfied?

Finally (or should i say after all these times..) my laptop is back from services! For those who read this post, they had to be experiences something like this or similar to this. So let me just say this to you readers out there, i am not going to make you hate this establishment in any way possible and i am certainly not a loyal customer in that particular store. Putting that aside, let us begin with my experience as a customer here in at an electronic store near where i lived. I had problems with my 11 months old HP Omen, and immediately went to the store that i bought for repairs. At some point, i realized that if i am going to bring my laptop there for repairs; i don't have a laptop for the time being. Arguably, i have an iPad that can tackle small stuff like browsing the web and making documents on-the-go with cellular connection so that's fine. But the thing that i failed to predict is that the service itself takes ages to finish, like literally ages is almost a month now! I tried to check the status of my repair from a certain link that i gained from the repair docket, but it does not work for some reason. Then after that i called the shop about it and they said that they would contact me back if they hear something from this third-party repairer. So i waited and waited, but i eagerly couldn't bring myself to stop thinking about it up to the point that i almost bought another laptop for the time being! So i called again the shop this afternoon to ask about my laptop again, to my surprises they said that the repairer has shipped back my laptop yesterday and it's ready for collection! At this point i acted like a little kid who cannot wait for their gift from their parents. if you know what i mean by that. I rushed myself to the shop to collect my laptop, and it came by this giant box that i have to carry all the way home (seriously it's like carrying a TV). So the conclusion is like the title page is saying to you guys, i am neither satisfied nor dissatisfied from this experience. Why you asked? Just because i am pissed from their behaviour of not contacting me for like a month of so about my laptop's condition, but then again i finally got it back and it's working perfectly like before i left it there (without the problem raised obviously). Would i recommend you to buy anything from this store? Absolutely! But any advice for claiming something to them if anything comes up? Depends on the probable cause of the damages and ask for the condition regularly like i did.
