If you guys have been following the news regarding this explosion fiasco of the Note 7, then you should know that Samsung has already ceased its production and asked all retailers to stop selling the phone globally.
It’s sad to let go of one of my favourite smartphone of 2016, and I already seek refund like everybody else but some of you may still use the device on a daily basis. And if that’s the case, please I asked you guys to stop using the device, turn it down and seek for remedies that are available on Samsung’s website here: https://news.samsung.com/global/samsung-will-ask-all-global-partners-to-stop-sales-and-exchanges-of-galaxy-note7-while-further-investigation-takes-place
If you’re in Australia like me, here’s the link that will help you seek remedies that are available for you guys to access: http://www.samsung.com/au/galaxynote7-notice/
Once again, please do what you have to do and stop using the device until you’re given temporary phone, exchange for a new S7 or S7 Edge and Samsung will reimburse the difference, or get a full refund and shop for something else. My heart goes on those people who suffered from their phones being exploded, and hope everything goes well in their lives.
Take care everyone, and have a great day :)
